Aman graduated with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy degree from SBSPGI, India and Masters of Science from the University of Manitoba. She has been registered with the College of Physical Therapists of BC since 2007.

She completed her acupuncture certification through Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and Functional Dry Needling Level. She has done various continuing education courses specializing in vestibular and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is committed to providing safe space for women to address their pelvic floor issues and improving their quality of life. She is passionate about working with her clients and utilizes manual therapy techniques, personalized therapeutic exercises, education, acupuncture and/or dry needling and other modalities to help her patients achieve their individual goals related to their occupation, sports or lifestyle.

Kerrin has been practicing as an RMT since 2011 and enjoys helping her patients on their health journey. Whether it involves an acute/chronic injury, she will utilize therapeutic or relaxation techniques including myofascial release, deep petrissage, IASTM/scraping, pin and stretch, and joint mobilizations to relieve muscle hypertonicity and promote balance in muscle strength and mobility. She also provides stretching and strengthening exercises to help her patients feel better and get back on track.

Kerrin has experienced various injuries and undergone 4 ACL reconstruction surgeries in her knees. These, and other injuries, have taught her the importance and efficacy of completing the proper rehabilitation programs in order to return to an active, healthy lifestyle. Through her training and rehab, Kerrin has been able to return to her regular fitness routines including strength training, running, spinning, and non contact sports.

Kerrin has particular interest and experience treating multiple areas of the body, including neck, shoulder, low back, and leg pain (particularly knees of course!). She also enjoys treating pre and postpartum, and has faced many of the postpartum challenges herself including the instability and imbalances that the postpartum phase brings.

Tom has a keen passion for health and fitness and is focused on learning how he can best serve others to be and feel their best. Tom graduated in 2011 with a degree in Fitness and Personal Training from Southampton University in England, which covered various courses ranging from advanced strength training, to working with older adults and special conditions/physical disabilities. Since then, Tom has completed many additional courses and certifications including becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist, through NASM. This vast training background provides Tom with the ability and knowledge to tailor homecare and rehabilitation exercises specific for patients, and also to educate them to ensure they are on the right path to long term results.

That being said, Tom added Registered Massage Therapy to his list of qualifications and expertise in 2018, after attending Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Tom uses techniques to manipulate muscles, joints, and fascia to relieve pain, promote healing of past and present injuries, increase circulation, and reduce stress. He also uses IASTM tools to manipulate the tissue when appropriate and/or upon patients’ request.

Dillon has been in full time practice as an RMT since 2018 and is passionate about his career. He enjoys helping people manage their pain and injuries and the pursuit of getting well. With an athletic background, he has dealt with injuries of his own and believes this has given him an understanding and interest in sport related injuries and orthopaedics. Dillon has particular interest and experience treating neck and back related injuries and pain, TMJ dysfunction and shoulder joint related injuries. To achieve results, he will use a variety of treatment techniques such as active release, fascial release, passive/active stretching, IASTM (scraping), pin and stretch, and ischemic compressions.
